Human resource management wide my knowledge of understanding alternative approaches to managing and appreciating the diversity of factors that motivate workers.
The program gave me important knowledge on managing the most important assets in an organization i.e. people, staffs. the rules and regulations of the organization. HRM also gave me the knowledge of administering employee benefits, recruiting and hiring, training and development, maintaining company culture and so on. the experience i had taking this course is an excellent one. The course is self explanatory, well detailed and easy to understand
