Taking human resources as a course has been a transformative experience that has broadened my understanding for important in organizational management, initially I was drawn to the course because of interest in understanding what drives employee motivation and productivity

I gained valuable insight to various aspects of human resources including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and labour laws

The lessons are good but the narrator, not so much. He mispronounced lots of words. Personally, I think you can do better. But overall, it was a good lesson. 👍

Good job and well understood lecture and well coordinated

The course content generally is good as it touches major aspects of Human Resources management and would fit the requirements for a beginner in the filled

However it would be nice to really have some of the content of some modules properly sectioned for differentiation of concepts. And it would be better if it doesn't appear the instructor is just reading from the slides, personal inputs, explanations from real-world scenarios would give a better learning experience. Thank you
