I have paid but not enrolled, what should I do?
If you paid online via paystack, full or partial payment, you should be enrolled automatically, and will see your enrolled course on your dashboard. If you still can't see your course on your dashboard, simply log out and log back in.
If you paid manually via one of our employees, please contact our employee and we would check it out for you.
Once we do, simply log out and log back in, and you should have your course.
How can i complete my payments for my course?
There are two ways to complete your payment if you made partial payment.
1. To complete your payment for a course, go to your email inbox and search for a mail from Elearning.
The email should be titled “Your elearning order receipt” or “Pending payment reminder”
In the email you should see a link as shown in the image bellow.
Click on the “Payment Link”.
Afterwards you should be taken to a payment page where you can complete your transaction.
2. Go to your user dashboard follow this link: https://elearning.org.ng/my-account/orders/
On this page you will see a page that resemble the image below:
Make sure you select the order you recently paid for, in this case the first item on the table and click on pay.
The image below is the type of page that should appear to for you.
Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page, click on pay and complete your payment.
What happens after I complete my course?
After you complete your course, you will be given the link to the professional exam which you will take.
The pass mark is 50% and you have 2 tries to write the exam.
How do i get my certificate
After completion of your course and exam, you will be added to our next batch of inductees and be official inducted.
Your certificate will be delivered to you after or during the induction ceremony.
What happens if I don't complete my payment?
If you do not complete your payment withing the span of 6 months, your admission will be forfeited and you will need to pay the entire amount for the course again to be eligible for the certificate.
What happens if i don't complete my course on time?
You will not be able to join the next batch of inductees to be inducted into a membership position and given a membership certificate.
